We pride ourselves on using high quality supplies to make a high quality product. Only top quality rhinestones are used in all our designs for ultimate sparkle and durability. All of our designs are also available in Genuine Swarovski crystals for an additional fee and production time. We use quality cotton and cotton blend products and provide washing instructions with all our garments to help keep your items in the best condition possible.

HOW DO I CONTACT YOU?

Whether you contact us through our website, email (contactus@blingqweenz.com), facebook or phone (210-370-7272), we strive to return your inquiry within 24 to 72 hours and help answer any questions or concerns  you may have.

DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS?

YES! Each order is carefully made with love for each individual customer. If there is any type of item you are interested in but don’t see on the website, feel free to contact us and we’ll see what we can find! We take pride in our work and believe word of mouth is the best possible publicity, so we want each and every customer to be 100% happy with their purchase. Knowing we provide an exceptional product at a reasonable price, we are confident you will return to us for your next custom purchase and also refer us to your family and friends!

HOW MUCH IS A CUSTOM ORDER?

This depends on many factors. First of all, the type of shirt. Please refer to our tiered pricing. Second, the design. Stock images are less expensive and take less time to make. Custom orders depend on the difficulty to produce the image and how much design time it takes to create the image. Third, the type of media used, whether it is flat vinyl, glitter vinyl, rhinestones or a combination-all affect the final price. Just send us as much information as you can and we will be happy to put a quote together for you!

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?

Depends on the shirt, design and media used. GENERALLY our shirts run $25 – $55. Smaller items like headbands are less($10 – $20) and items like jerseys, jackets, boots and more complex images run more. Think of it as layers. Each color or media change is a layer that must be pressed separately. The more layers, the more labor, the more expensive the design. We also use the amount of vinyl and stone count to determine the cost.

REMEMBER! WHATEVER PRICE WE QUOTE IS THE PRICE - PLUS TAX!! IF WE QUOTE YOUR SHIRT AS $25, WE WILL BILL YOU $27.06 !

We don’t CHARGE tax-We COLLECT it for the government! :D

CAN I SEE THE DESIGN BEFORE I PURCHASE?

Design mock ups are generally not given unless the design is complex or it is a group order. A mock up design can be provided for single orders for $10. We continuously update our designs and products to keep up with the best materials available and to keep our designs fresh from year to year. Pictures posted on the website are representations of our past work. Since we update our designs regularly, they may differ slightly from the pictures posted. Please inform us of any specific requests at the time of ordering. While the designs remain basically the same, updates to fonts, materials used, etc. are at our discretion.

CAN I BUY THE TRANSFERS AND IRON THEM ON MYSELF?

At this time we do not sell transfers. We have done much research in finding quality items to which we apply our designs. The only way to ensure the quality of our products is to apply and check them ourselves.

DO YOU CHARGE A SET UP FEE?

Nope! You pay for your item, tax and shipping (if needed)- THAT’S IT! Orders requiring extensive design time may incur a one time design fee.

DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM?

No! We love to create memorable shirts special to each individual who orders them!! Orders of less than 12 needing a custom design will be subject to a design fee for creating the design. Price is dependent on the complexity of the design. Design fee is due up front before work is to begin. Typically runs around $20.

HOW MANY FOR A GROUP DISCOUNT?

To receive a group discount, we ask for a minimum of 12 shirts with the SAME front design.

GROUP ORDERS

Group orders consist of 12 or more shirts with the SAME design, (excluding personalization). Any shirts with the group, but with a different design, will be considered separate and group rate will not apply. Example: All 8 shirts say “Football Mom” on the front (with any personalization on back) and one person wants “Football Grandma” on the front. “Football Grandma” is a different set up and will be priced separately from the 8 “Football Mom” group order.

If you have a group order, please assign 1 contact person for us to discuss the order with. This 1 person will be responsible for organizing the order with a list of names, sizes, personalization and payment. This eliminates excessive phone calls and confusion with the order.

We cannot be responsible for mistakes in communication you have made with your group. All we have to go on is what is on the order form! Please make sure all the info on the order form is correct and agreed upon by all members!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECIEVE MY ITEM?

Each item is handmade, we ask for 10-15 business days (2-3 weeks) for completion. (Group orders or complex designs may require longer lead time.) If you need something before that, please contact us before purchase to see if we can work you in. Priority shipping adds another 2-4 days.

Production times vary and we do our best to give an expected date of completion. This is an ESTIMATE only. If you have a date you need your items by, please notify us at the time your order is placed. If you have not heard from us, call us!! Sometimes we overlook orders! Just happens sometimes!

PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER

Occasionally we will run into problems with an order, whether our fault or our vendors. If this occurs, we will notify you immediately and discuss options available.

I NEED A RUSH ORDER, CAN YOU FIT ME IN?

Usually yes, please call us directly to see if our schedule is able to fit you in. Rush orders are subject to an additional $10 fee. There will also be additional shipping if needed.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We accept Visa, MC, money orders, cash and checks. Mailing your check will delay your order.

Returned checks or chargebacks will be subject to a $25 fee. If this happens after your item leaves our facility, we will consider it “theft of service” and proceed (legally) as necessary. Chargebacks are are NEVER an acceptable way of attaining a refund. Requesting chargebacks is considered fraud and will be aggressively prosecuted and reported to all major credit bureaus as a delinquent collection account. Bling Qweenz LLC will not hesitate to proceed with collection and legal action to recover funds.

HOW DO I RECIEVE MY ITEMS?

Our address is 1495 Business 35 Ste 100, New Braunfels Texas.

Our shipping is done by U.S.P.S. First Class Mail. This means once your item has shipped, it can take 3-5 business days depending on where you live. All packages come with delivery confirmation and a tracking number. Insurance is NOT  included, but is available for an additional cost. Priority shipping for 1 shirt is generally around $6.

WHERE IS YOUR STORE?

We are located at 1495 Business 35, Suite 100, New Braunfels, Texas.

From San Antonio, take Exit 189, Hwy 46. Turn left onto Hwy 46. The next light is Business 35,(at Walgreens), turn right. We are 1/2 down on the left.

From Austin, take Exit 190A, Business 35. At the stop sign, turn right. We are 2 blocks down on the right.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

Since most of our products are made to order specifically for you, we do not offer any returns. Refunds will not be given because of wrong sizing! You are responsible for choosing the correct size you need! Other non-custom items may be returned.

IF a product is defective, you would have to call us immediately and explain what is wrong with the item.

AGREEMENT

By submitting your payment for goods, you are agreeing to all of the terms and policies as written here. Bling Qweenz LLC reserves the right to change or update these terms without prior notice.

DO THE STONES COME OFF?

Since we use premium stones with very good glue, you are not likely to lose any, but occasionally there will be some with less glue and may fall off after you receive your item. If this happens, bring it back to us and we will be happy to replace and apply new ones at no cost to you!

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY ITEM?

Items should be washed inside out in cold or warm water. We recommend hanging, lying flat to dry or doing a quick cool tumble dry to get the wrinkles out! Placing in hot water or dryer could cause stone loss.
